Onboarding and Development Coordinator

Purpose: We are currently seeking an Onboarding and Development Coordinator to join our team. This individual will work closely with our Human Resources Manager and other Department Managers and our Executive Team to create training and development plans for newly hired employees as well as continuous education for current and future employees. 

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience with onboarding and training 
  • Experience creating training materials
  •  and techniques

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for multiple departments within the organization. 
  • Reinforce the company culture, procedures and standards with all new hires 
  • Work with new hires, to help integrate them into their department
  • Partner with HR, IT and Department Managers to ensure necessary items are available and set up for new hires (Work stations, company email, access to necessary software and equipment etc.)
  • Work with department managers to continuously improve the training programs and keep all employees current and up to date with their training and certifications as well as safety guidelines and QC procedures. 
  • Use constructive feedback to continuously update training documentation
Staff Accountant

Purpose: We are currently seeking a staff accountant to join our team. This individual will work closely with our executive team and report directly to our Chief Financial Officer. They will help in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciling accounts and generating reports for quarterly and yearly tax timetables. 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online for Accounts Payable/Receivable

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cost accounting other duties for the organization
  • Analyze and prepare  financial statements, balance sheets and profit and loss statements
  • Receive, process, verify, and reconcile payable invoices
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits and address inquiries from the bank
  • Prepare and distribute accounts payable checks
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and on time

Purchasing Manager

Purpose: 3DFS is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to assume responsibility for the manufacturing facility’s purchasing operations. The purchasing manager will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies.  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred. 
  • CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional) Certificate a plus
  • 5+ years of experience as a purchaser preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with procurement software
  • Proven track record of Process Improvement within a purchasing role

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received

Purpose: 3DFS is currently seeking an administrative assistant who will aid in day-to-day and long-term planning and business development as well as handle light bookkeeping and filing duties. The best candidate will be able to think and act without guidance and will anticipate upcoming needs before they arise.

  • Manages maintenance of office printers, copiers, scanners, etc. as well as office supplies and furniture. Source and purchases replacements as necessary
  • Manages office breakroom and bathroom supplies and cleanliness
  • Greets visitors and deliveries and direct them appropriately 
  • Maintain various files, corporate documents, and records
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees 
  • Assist in payroll administration

Manufacturing

Assembly Technician

Purpose: The Assembly Technician job is a multi-faceted position.  The technician will be tasked with learning and working on multiple parts of the production line and may be required to assist in more specialized projects from time to time.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with production assembly, development and repair/refurbishment work on complex assemblies. This involves mechanical as well as electrical wiring operations; includes fitting and alignment of parts to close tolerances.
  • Always use safe work practices and procedures and bring any unsafe behaviors or environments to the attention of their production supervisor immediately. 

 

Desired Skills:  

  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Experience in soldering.
  • Experience working with formal drawings, schematics, connection diagrams, parts lists, and informal engineering sketches, notes, diagrams documentation.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount components
  • Able to work with various forms of engineering or process documentation
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Embedded Systems Programmer

Purpose: Program embedded systems for products that have successfully been delivered to the market. 

Qualifications:

 

  • Manage current codebase including: tracking/fixing bugs
  • Work with manufacturing to develop programming workflows/systems at the factory
  • Work with sales and server-side teams to add features to current products
  • Strong experience with compiled languages
  • Strong experience with programming in C/C++
  • Experience with developing for embedded systems (Arduino and RaspberryPi generally do not count)
  • Experience with Mongoose OS
  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems and inter-chip communication methods I2C, UART
  • Unit testing in C/C++
  • Experience with AWS IOT
  • Experience with IOT/embedded systems security
