The Software-Defined Electricity method controls and balances power flow in Real-Time by using an innovation in computing and power electronics and an advancement in sensing and controls.     It is directly applicable in to-day’s Smart Wires and Smart Grid Technologies, on HV Power lines and Power Systems at Transmission Power levels. Ex. 132kV, 220kV levels etc.,

    Hi,

    Is it at all possible to automate a 3 phase load balancing… I am running a garment stitching factory where all single phase stitching machines are installed equally to balance th load on each phase but due to irregular attendance of the workers and singlw phase airconditions the remains unbalanced. Sometimes the difference is too high.is it really possible to automate the load balancing… ??? Pls. Advise….

      Yes. This is precisely what the 3DFS technology does.     Explain your theory on the process to balance between phases and clear up the sign waves. What KVA units will be available for applications? What kind of paybacks are expected for industrial applications?

      Yes, Software-Defined Electricity requires a combination of hardware and software. The software and algorithms associated with measuring and controlling electricity essentially remain the same and include the automatic balancing of phases. The hardware (power electronics) scale to match the voltage and power demand of the network. There are no limits on the rebalancing. We would need to know more about your specific application to provide you exact numbers and expected benefits.

    This seems to be a good product to scale up for placement at distiubution substations…69kV, 138 kV, etc.

    Can you build something on that scale?

    Where does the imbalance “go”? Are we talking a complete re-construction of the wave form at 480kHz?
